As a general guide:

  • Europe — varies by country, usually within a reasonable timeframe
  • Rest of the World — delivery times vary by destination

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with any available tracking information.

Our Quality Promise

Every single order is inspected before it leaves us. If an item doesn't meet our standards, it won't be sent — simple as that. We'd rather delay an order than send something we're not proud of.

Returns

Because of our pre-dispatch quality checks, the vast majority of orders arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan.

We accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a genuine, valid reason for the return
